WWIII Warning: NATO Plans Increase To Global Forces Of Almost 700%, Biggest Overhaul Since The Cold War [VIDEO]
MADRID, SPAIN – During a pre-summit press conference Monday in Madrid, United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg announced that the number of “high readiness forces” will increase by more than seven times, from about 40,000 to “well over 300,000.”
Stoltenberg also said the summit will be “transformative. With many important decisions.”

“We will transform the NATO Response Force,” he said. “And increase the number of our high readiness forces. To well over 300,000. Together, this constitutes the biggest overhaul of our collective deterrence and defense since the Cold War.”
This increase of forces will be called the Allied Reaction Force (ARF), setting up a defense readiness as NATO fears that Russian President Vladimir Putin could move his soldiers to NATO territory, specifically in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, as these countries are formerly ruled by Moscow.
Of course, Stoltenberg mentioned that members would need to give more money, saying, “And to do this, we will need to invest more.”
Last week, a retired general of the Russian providence of Kaliningrad, Evgeny Buzhinsky, said that NATO is “playing with fire” after British General Sir Patrick Sanders told his troops “to prepare to fight and beat Russian forces in a Third World War.”
“He doesn’t understand that as a result of the Third World War Britain will physically cease to exist,” Buzhinsky said.
Among other things (such as a brief mention of climate change), Stoltenberg made clear that the UN has no intention of following through with Russia and China’s requests to investigate the United States for their alleged bioweapons labs located in Ukraine and other countries.
Spokesperson for the US Missions to the UN said at the time of the accusations, “This is exactly the kind of false flag effort we have warned Russia might initiate to justify a biological or chemical weapons attack. Russia has a well-documented history of using chemical weapons and has long maintained a biological weapons program in violation of international law.”
Despite these comments, it was eventually confirmed that there are, in fact, biolabs in the Ukraine that are funded and operated by the United States. There are 46, which the US government claims are “peaceful.”
“Our new Concept will guide us in an era of strategic competition,” Stoltenberg said. “I expect it will make clear that Allies consider Russia as the most significant and direct threat to our security. It will address China for the first time. And the challenges that Beijing poses to our security, interests, and values.”
A point that Putin has been making for some time is that he wants to be assured that Ukraine will not join NATO forces, and he has been assured in the past that they will not. Despite this, however, Stoltenberg announced that Ukraine Volodymyr President Zelenskyy would be attending the Madrid summit.
“The Ukrainian government and people continue to resist Russia’s brutal war of aggression,” he said. “Their courage and commitment are an inspiration. And I welcome that President Zelenskyy will join us at the NATO Summit. We will recommit to the fight against terrorism. Address the food crisis caused by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. And consider our response to Russia and China’s increasing influence in our southern neighborhood.”
