The way Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis is handling this is completely different from what Joe Biden and his illegitimate regime are doing. The Biden Regime, in one of the most overt efforts to push the LGBT indoctrination agenda in public schools, the Biden administration is literally threatening to pull funding allocated for school lunches if the schools don’t play ball with the transgender agenda.

Below are a few key points from the CS/CS/HB 1557: Parental Rights in Education bill
• Prohibits teaching about sexuality or transgender issues in K-3 classrooms, and after third grade, those curriculums must be age-appropriate.
• At the start of each school year, parents will be notified about health care services available at the school and will have the option to decline any service offered.
• When a health questionnaire goes to our young students, parents are notified first and given the option of allowing or declining the school to present it to their child.
