The world took a massive step toward the Great Reset yesterday. The World Health Organization concluded the second meeting of its new Intergovernmental Negotiating Body. This panel, the INB, is drafting a so-called “Pandemic Treaty,” and after this week’s meeting they announced openly what their plan for that treaty is. It’s not going to be a set of guidelines. It’s not going to be a statement of intentions. No, the representatives at WHO said they want this Pandemic to be legally binding on every WHO member country.
If that’s what they do, then when this treaty arrives, good-bye Constitution. So long, Bill of Rights. It will all be replaced by the commands of this global Pandemic Treaty. And once they have this treaty in place, they will be sure to expand its reach as far as they can. Globalist elites have tasted the fruit of the pandemic and the power it let them take for themselves. Now, they never want to give that power up. It’s a lot like the Paris Accords and all the other global warming treaties. Both pandemics and global warming are perfect “problems” for the globalist elite. They’re distant, hard to understand, and their supposed impacts are massive or even existential for humanity, so of course, we need to give up all control to “experts” who can save us from this deadly dangers. But the threat isn’t temporary, it’s permanent, so these experts can never give up their power either.
It’s the perfect power grab, supposedly done for our own good. But it’s a lie. It’s just a backdoor way for the left to do everything it already wanted to do, long before they’d ever heard of Global Warming or Covid-19. And that’s easy to see in the WHO’s own draft of the pandemic treaty.

For example, Section 4, part 13 of the draft treaty is titled “Pandemic and public health literacy.” But what it’s really about is information control. The draft treaty demands, quote, “measures to manage public information,” as well as “measures to … counteract misinformation disinformation and false news.”
Part 14 of the same section, on “financing,” calls for universal health care and close ties between the medical and financial industries. It also calls for globalizing and thereby centralizing the entire world financial system, supposedly for the sake of fighting pandemics. But conveniently, it also makes the globalist elites more powerful. How handy.
Again, this is always how they operate. They quietly hand themselves these sweeping powers. They say it’s only going to be used a little bit, to solve this specific problem, but it’s always a lie. Remember, the income tax started at just a few percent and was only supposed to be for the ultra-wealthy. Now, everybody in the middle class is paying 30% a year. Gun control always starts with “common sense regulations” and ends in confiscations. Gay marriage was supposed to do nothing except let gay people get married, but now, we have pedophile drag queens grooming kindergartners in public schools.
You can never give an inch to the globalist left. Because they aren’t trying to take an inch. They’re trying to take everything. By the way, the WHO promised to livestream this week’s meetings, but that was a lie too. Only Monday and Tuesday were streamed. Wednesday and Thursday’s meetings, though, were all behind closed doors, away from the public eye. Fortunately, we have something better than a recording of the meeting. We have James Roguski.
