California-Based Attorneys To File Suit Over Alleged Deadly COVID Treatment

FRESNO, CA – Two attorneys from separate law firms out of California are slated to file suit against Clovis Community Medical Center, Saint Agnes Medical Center, and several doctors over the administering of what they referred to as the “deadly drug” Remdesivir, which was being used as a means to treat COVID early-on in the pandemic that led to fatal outcomes for patients.
In the August 30th press release from Daniel Watkins from Watkins & Letofsky and Michael Hamilton from Cornerstone Attorney, the attorneys revealed their intentions to file the suit on September 6th with respect to patients were administered a Remdesivir protocol meant to treat COVID.

“This landmark case alleges that Plaintiffs were subjected to medical deception and given a protocol by the Defendants, the centerpiece of which is the poisonous and deadly drug Veklury (Remdesivir). Plaintiffs were not properly informed regarding the dangers of this drug and were instead placed on a protocol, which was medically unnecessary, causing most of the Plaintiffs to die a horrific death.”
The press release from the attorneys references the November 2020 announcement from the World Health Organization that read, “WHO has issued a conditional recommendation against the use of remdesivir in hospitalized patients, regardless of disease severity, as there is currently no evidence that remdesivir improves survival and other outcomes in these patients.”
However, the World Health Organization did update its stance on Remdesivir in a April of 2022 announcement that read, “Following publication of new data from a clinical trial looking at the outcome of admission to hospital, WHO has updated its recommendation. WHO now suggests the use of remdesivir in mild or moderate COVID-19 patients who are at high risk of hospitalization.”
Nonetheless, the press release from the attorneys allege that doctors failed in their “duty” to adhere to ethical standards of care by administering this treatment protocol, with the attorneys asserting the administration of the drug diminished the chances of survival for patients subjected to it.

“Covid-19 has a 99.97% survival rate. Remdesivir decreases this survival rate exponentially. This protocol is cruel, deadly, unnecessary and also, as it turns out, highly financially incentivized.”
While the press release from the two attorneys didn’t specifically cite where they drew the conclusion that said drug “decreases” the survival rate of COVID patients, the notion may have come from comments made by Nevada-based nurse Nicole Sirotek, who said during a January 2022 hearing before Sen. Ron Johnson, “as these patients gets Remdesivir, they have a less than 25% of survival if they get more than two doses.”
It should be noted that some medical professionals have claimed that Sirotek’s comments on Remdesivir are unsubstantiated, particularly taking issue with her method of gathering and analyzing data.
The attorneys have announced a press conference regarding the lawsuit for September 7th at the Fresno Veterans Memorial Museum located at 2425 Fresno Street. A GiveSendGo campaign established by the two attorneys has also been launched to help with funding the endeavor.
Red Voice Media would like to make a point of clarification on why we do not refer to any shot related to COVID-19 as a “vaccine.” According to the CDC, the definition of a vaccine necessitates that said vaccine have a lasting effect of at least one year in preventing the contraction of the virus or disease it’s intended to fight. Because all of the COVID-19 shots thus far available have barely offered six months of protection, and even then not absolute, Red Voice Media has made the decision hereafter to no longer refer to the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson substances as vaccinations.
